About Us

Brandon Langrock, MA, Registered Psychologist

Hi there!

I’m passionate about helping people improve their lives. I’m driven to offer my clients a kind, respectful, and honest therapy experience. My priority is to help you better understand what you’re going through, allowing you to get back to living your life sooner. I believe that therapy should be sometimes fun, sometimes uncomfortable, and always rewarding. Above all else, I adapt my therapy approach to your specific needs, with a focus on making sure that you feel the payoff for your efforts.

I’ve always been driven to learn more about why people act and feel the way they do. I’ve experienced my own anxiety, shame, and obstacles in life that shaped me to be who I am today. In my time as a therapist, I use both my first-hand experience and learnings to help my clients better understand why their inner self-critic can be so harsh, or why their simple day-to-day tasks can feel like such an uphill battle. I also guide my clients to overcome those obstacles, encouraging them to seek out a new way of understanding themselves from a gentler, more compassionate perspective. I help people to heal from their traumas and move forward, and find healthy and meaningful ways to grieve and honour their losses.

I use my passion and knowledge to help others so that they can live more happily and freely in their own lives. Even as new problems arise, my hope is to leave my clients with a level of openness and acceptance toward life’s hardships, and that they believe enough in their own ability to continue living and moving forward, even during the tough times.

If you’re someone who struggles with moving on from past experiences, or you want to better understand your emotions and feel more in control of your well-being, then please feel free to reach out. It would be my pleasure to support you and help you get back to the things in your life that matter to you.
